Lyrids 2020 Fees
Fees for the full weekend are $215. Full Weekend Registration includes everything: all workshops, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday lunch, plenty of snacks, and all the dancing!
Part-time registrations will be accepted but to encourage full participation, priority will be given to full weekend registrations, and an early-bird discount for the full weekend ($200) is offered until March 1. Scholarships are available for 50% off. As well as scholarships for youth and elders, we need people who don’t mind missing a few hours of dancing to work in the festival market and help with snacks, for example. If that appeals to you, please apply on the registration form. There are a limited number of work exchange positions available.
Everyone will be expected to help where needed – for example, moving tables before and after meals.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy has been designed to ensure that the Lyrids festival is sustainable into the future while being sensitive to each individual’s reason for withdrawing his or her registration.
For cancellations three weeks or earlier than the start of festival: Full refund.
For cancellations within three weeks of the start of the festival:
- You are encouraged to find someone to come in your place, or
- With the exception of any funds already spent specifically for you (e.g. meals), refunds will be granted to the extent that funds allow. Refunds will be calculated after the festival is finished and all the bills paid. At your discretion, your allocated refund will be gratefully accepted as a donation to our scholarship fund or toward operating expenses for future years.
